The Frostprotector +2 was designed to afford as much protection as possible to any small to medium sized cold store.


This alarm unit would be a complete solution to any new or existing installation with panel mounted & stand alone options.

All of the alarm conditions can be muted & will resound after a pre determined time which is adjustable (0-30min) on the rear of the PCB. The Person trapped alarm is NOT mutable for obvious reasons.


The FP+2 also includes a standby battery on a trickle charging circuit which will maintain the sounder & LED’s for up to 4 hours in a mains failure condition.


It is also fitted with Volt Free change over contact which can be wired to close or open on fault, this can be used for connection to a remote station, xenon beacon, BMS or Scada interface.


Additional Volt Free contacts can be added to pick up individual alarms & options such as Door Open , Auto dial & key switch to mute are also available
