The power consumption of many motors can be drastically reduced by fitting an inverter & using the energy much more efficiently.
Many motors are running at the maximum working current when the load only requires half or less of that duty. With a large factory, our energy saving surveys have highlighted that, by fitting inverters to a lot of the plant, their electricity bills could be cut by a large percentage & over a very short payback period.
Inverters can be incorporated into the control panel design & fitted & programmed prior to delivery to site.
